Plans & pricing

Flat monthly fees.
Zero hourly math.

Every engagement is a fixed monthly fee, scoped in writing after a free diagnostic review — so you know the number before you commit, and it doesn't change mid-month because you asked a question.

Scoping

What sets the fee.

The diagnostic review looks at the real drivers of monthly work. You get a fixed quote in writing — and if your business changes materially, we re-scope together at renewal, never by surprise.

The drivers
  • Monthly transaction volume
  • Number of bank, card, and loan accounts
  • Entities and intercompany activity
  • Payroll and contractor complexity
  • A/P + A/R workload
  • Reporting depth and meeting cadence

One-time work

Catch-up, clean-up, and migrations.

Bringing prior months current, fixing a messy ledger, or moving off desktop software and spreadsheets is quoted separately as a one-time project — priced up front after the diagnostic, before any monthly engagement begins.

Is the diagnostic review really free?+

Yes — about 30 minutes, no obligation. We look at your books and tools, tell you honestly where things stand, and give you a fixed quote in writing. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

Am I locked into a contract?+

No. Engagements are month to month after onboarding. We'd rather earn the renewal every month than lock you in.

Do you bill hourly for questions?+

Never. Questions, emails, and your standing calls are part of the flat fee. The meter-running model is exactly what we built this firm to replace.

What if my volume changes?+

Normal fluctuation is absorbed by the flat fee. If the business changes materially — an acquisition, a new entity, a big jump in volume — we re-scope together at the next renewal, in writing.
